I offer 60 minute workshops once a week on Tuesday at 7:00 pm PT. Not sure if coaching is for you? Come to a workshop!

Explore a skill you need or a frustration you frequently have in a group with others and leave with value added to your week.

Group Coaching

Not sure you want the laser focus of one-on-one work with a coach? Come to group coaching with others! You can bring your friends.

What's included

  • 6 group sessions at 60-75 minutes per meet

  • 1 individual 60 min session per person between group sessions

  • Program workbook for all participants

  • Detailed follow-up emails including summary and next steps.

Organizational Partnerships

Are you a school, a church or other organization looking for a workshop onsite for your people? Are you looking for an organizational retreat tailored to your mission as a team?

I will deliver my workshops in person right where you are and facilitate discussion and exploration, leaving your staff and/or students with practical tools to move forward.

​

I have extensive experience building inspired and restorative retreats for groups from 10-100 from one to four days of retreat.
